Boat Tour

A full-day Godavari boat tour from Rajahmundry through the Papikondalu gorge.
A road transfer takes you to the Pattiseema, Polavaram or Purushothapatnam boat point. Breakfast is served on board as the cruise sets off, with darshan at the Gandi Pochamma temple, a vegetarian lunch on the boat and the passage through the Papi Hills. At Perantapalli village you visit the Ramakrishna Muni Vatika ashram and the Veereswara Swamy (Shiva) temple before the boat returns and the road transfer brings you back to Rajahmundry by 7:30 PM.
Visiting places: Gandi Pochamma temple, Papi Hills, Perantapalli ashram and temple, the Polavaram project area, Devipatnam, Koruturu cottages and the Sirivaka bamboo huts.

7:30 AM - Road journey to the Pattiseema / Polavaram / Purushothapatnam boat point to board the boat.
9:00 AM - Breakfast on the boat as the cruise sets off on the Godavari.
10:30 AM - Reach the Gandi Pochamma temple for darshan.
1:00 PM - Vegetarian lunch on the boat.
